 | Meet Angela Ericson of Posh-EleganceAngela is a licensed and insured freelance hair and makeup artist with over 20 years of experience. While growing up she had much admiration for her Aunt who always had extra makeup and hair accessories available for playing dress up. As time went on, she began to devour through fashion magazine's for ideas on how to apply makeup and to practice different hairstyles on herself and others. Eventually she knew exactly where her interests were taking her. Angela began her exciting career at a Cosmetology school that she attended in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Since then, she has worked behind a chair, managed a salon, worked in a Spa performing facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, and glycolic peels, and then to teaching Cosmetology and Esthiology for many years. In order to further her knowledge and expertise; Angela has been certified as a lash extension artist, certified through Barbicide for COVID-19 precautionary measures, and has received theatrical makeup artistry training by James Ryder an established makeup artist from LA. Angela has been working as a freelance hair and makeup artist for over five years and is experienced in HD makeup applications for videos, headshots, special occasions, and theatrical makeup. Angela will continue to work passionately within the Cosmetology Industry capturing and creating beauty within each client, and knowing that her job is never work to her, its a passion. |
